rajabajih5's commitment to responsible gaming
We believe entertainment should be enjoyed mindfully. At rajabajih5, every player's safety and mental wellbeing is our highest priority.
Our pledge of responsibility
Online betting and casino games can be enjoyable when played for entertainment. But when they become a habit or cause financial and mental harm, it is important to act quickly. rajabajih5 is always here for you — not just to provide games, but to look after your wellbeing too.
Responsible gaming means setting your own budget, keeping to time limits, and seeking help when you need it. We emphasise clearly that playing at rajabajih5 is for entertainment only — not as a guaranteed source of income. The outcome of every game is entirely random and no strategy or experience can guarantee a result.
We have completely prohibited our platform for players under 21 and have age verification in place at every registration. To ensure responsible gaming at rajabajih5, we provide a number of effective tools and support measures that you can use at any time.
Remember — losing is a normal part of gaming. Placing more bets in the hope of recovering lost money is a dangerous mindset. If you find yourself in this situation, use our support tools or contact our 24/7 live chat support.
Our core principles
Fair and transparent gaming
All games at rajabajih5 follow fair play principles. Every game outcome is determined by an independent random number generator (RNG), so no bias or manipulation is possible.
Deposit limit setting
You can set your own limit on how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once reduced, limits take effect immediately; a 24-hour waiting period applies before any increase.
Cool-off feature
If you feel you need a break, use our cool-off feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for any period from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of your control, apply for a permanent or long-term self-exclusion. During this period no bets or deposits can be made from your account.
Minor protection
rajabajih5 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Age is verified at registration and we encourage parents to use parental filtering software.
24/7 support
Our Bangla-speaking support team is with you around the clock. Contact us via live chat for any gaming-related concern or if you need help — you will receive support, not judgment.
For players aged 21 or older only
To play games or place bets at rajabajih5, you must be 21 years of age or older. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties. We reserve the right to verify the age of any account we consider suspicious.
Recognise the signs of problem gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, seek help promptly:
Chasing losses by playing repeatedly
Placing more bets in the hope of "winning back" money after a loss — this is the most common sign of problem gambling.
Spending beyond your budget
Moving money set aside for daily expenses, rent, or family needs into betting.
Being unable to stop playing
You have decided to stop but keep coming back — and feel restless or irritable when you try to quit.
Hiding it from family or friends
Concealing your gaming activity from people close to you or lying about it.
Impact on sleep, work, or relationships
Gaming causing disrupted sleep, reduced productivity, or tension in personal relationships.
Excessive excitement or anxiety
An unusually high level of anxiety about bet outcomes, or extreme elation when winning that is affecting your normal life.
